About Chris
Chris entered public service after establishing a successful career in marketing, where he led teams, oversaw $100M+ budgets, and negotiated major deals with Fortune 500 companies. In his 20+ year career in the private sector, Chris demonstrated strategic leadership and built relationships and coalitions. He held leadership roles at Hewlett Packard, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and Mailchimp.
Chris represents the towns of Milan, Pine Plains, North East/Millerton, Stanford, and a portion of Red Hook, with a focus on fiscal responsibility, improving EMS and mental health services, and ensuring county resources address community needs. Chris also serves on the Legislature’s Public Safety, and Family and Human Services subcommittees, and as Legislative Liaison on the board of the Cornell Cooperative Extension.
Chris grew up in Dutchess County and is a graduate of Millbrook Schoool and Vassar College. He lives in the Town of Stanford with his partner, and is dedicated to supporting LGBTQ+ youth and fostering inclusive schools and communities.
